Personal Performance Coaching

For several years we have been working with aspiring archers, a number of whom have earned international representation.


We believe that coaching for any level of performance requires attention to detail and a planned, balanced, approach to technique, physical and mental fitness. All these aspects are linked in our work with archers, preparing them as fully as possible for their level of competition. Our own international experience helps us prepare archers for performing on elite national and international stages.


All our work is archer centred and designed to support you achieve your goals, whether they be classification improvements or national representation. 


We are happy to include you in our timetabled sessions on our coaching days, or travel to your practise venue when required.


Computer-aided video analysis of your shooting is available.


Our face to face coaching is supported, when requested, by email and phone contact providing advice and discussion when required.


Single 75 minute sessions at our venue in Wincanton cost £40.00, while sessions at your club or venue will be at the same rate plus travel expenses.
